- Check in:from 2 pm each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 3 pm.
- Check out: by 10 am each day except Sunday & Public Holidays when 12 noon.
- 50% deposit at time of booking, the balance is due & charged to your credit card a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. If booking is 7 days or less prior to arrival full payment at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
- In addition, a $150.00 Bond is payable & charged to your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) when balance or full payment is made. The Bond is refunded the day after departure less any breakages or losses. The $150.00 Bond is required as we have no check in or check out, as our cottages have keypad operated front doors.
- All cancellations will incur a $75.00 administration fee per cottage. If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, we will only refund your deposit or full payment if the cottage is rebooked for the total tariff and period. Alternatively your booking deposit or full payment may be used for another available comparable stay within 3 months.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- 10% Goods & Sevices Tax is included in the tariff.
